Wintergreen Introduces Lux360™ LED Christmas Lights With the New D5™ Lens

The First Major Innovation in LED Christmas Light Design in a Decade

ALPHARETTA, GA, UNITED STATES, November 3, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Wintergreen Corporation, an industry leader in wholesale Christmas lights, announces the launch of Lux360™ LED Christmas lights, shipping now. Built around a proprietary D5™ lens that spreads light across the entire bulb, Lux360 eliminates the hot spots, dead spots and uneven color common to traditional LED Christmas lights. The result is a softer light with more vibrant colors that produce radiant coverage and perfect illumination from every angle.

Traditional LED Christmas lights emit light from a single visible point inside the lens. That concentrated point creates glare at the tip and washes out color, and a display can look very different depending on where the viewer stands. The D5 lens uses a multi-stage diffusion process to intercept and redistribute light across its entire surface. Paired with a higher-output LED chip, Lux360 D5 produces radiant coverage where brightness deepens color instead of overwhelming it.

“LED Christmas lights today look largely the same as they did 10 years ago, with innovation limited to new colors or minor lens variations,” said Dustin Lambert, President, Wintergreen Corporation. “Lux360 changes how light works inside the bulb. Put a strand next to a traditional 5mm and the difference is obvious. For professionals, that’s something to show a customer that no one else can.”

Lux360 displays look polished and professional from every viewing angle, whether the lights are wrapped around trees and columns, lining railings and fences, or lighting wreaths and garland. Because the same D5 lens runs across the Lux360 line, installers can mix Lux360 products in one project without mismatched color or brightness.

Lux360 is available in string lights, net lights, icicle lights, prelit wreaths and garland, and walkway trees. The lights are ENERGY STAR^® and UL Certified, use up to 90% less energy than incandescent lights and have a bulb life of up to 100,000 hours. One-piece construction eliminates corrosion from moisture, and if one bulb goes out, the rest stay lit. Lux360 carries a three-year warranty based on 90 days of seasonal use per year.

What is Lux360?
Lux360™ is a line of LED Christmas lights that pairs a higher-output LED chip with the proprietary D5™ lens, which uses a multi-stage diffusion process to deliver soft, vibrant color, radiant coverage and perfect illumination from every angle.

How is Lux360 different from traditional LED Christmas lights?
Traditional LED Christmas lights emit light from a single visible point inside the lens, creating hot spots, dead spots and uneven color. Lux360 diffuses light to fill the entire lens, for brighter, more uniform color saturation that looks beautiful from every angle.

Where can buyers find Lux360?
