Inspirity Health Partners (IHP) has entered into a strategic, multi-year agreement with Hendricks Regional Health to enhance the organization’s supply chain capabilities through a collaborative co-managed partnership designed to strengthen performance, support long-term sustainability and preserve local decision-making.

As one of Indiana’s leading community-based health systems, Hendricks Regional Health has built a strong reputation for clinical excellence, operational discipline and a steadfast commitment to serving the communities of west central Indiana. Through this new collaboration, Hendricks Regional Health will gain direct access to nationally recognized supply chain expertise, advanced analytics and proven operational methodologies from Mayo Clinic Supply Chain Management through Inspirity Health Partners.

The partnership is designed to improve financial performance, optimize supply chain operations and strengthen alignment between clinical and operational priorities, with a focus on identifying opportunities to reduce supply expense and support Hendricks Regional Health’s commitment to keeping high-quality care affordable for patients.
