Mike Blanchard, Chief Executive Officer, and the Company’s leadership team will continue to lead Vision and will remain significant shareholders. In connection with the investment, William Lay has joined Vision’s Board of Directors. William is a seasoned operator with extensive experience leading complex businesses and will be a valuable partner to Vision’s leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, Vision provides specialty electrical, plumbing, underground utility and generator services to pork, poultry, cattle and egg producers across the United States. The Company works directly with many of the largest protein producers in the U.S. and alongside leading agricultural general contractors, supporting facilities across their full lifecycle, from new construction to retrofits, modernization and ongoing service.
